Refund Policy

At LivingCart, we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

• Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Refund or replacement is only applicable for damaged, defective, wrong, or eligible returned items

• Customers must provide order number and proof (photo/video) if required

• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return

Once approved, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
